About Me

 

My name is Jenali Tan. I was born in Kentucky, raised in Ohio. I graduated from The Ohio State University and am currently a graduate student at North Carolina Central University. I am now located in Durham, North Carolina. Photography was always a hobby in high school, and in undergrad, I took it to the “professional” level. I was recently a photography intern for Savoir Faire Signature Events, who can be found here. I am working on making photography a side career/fun job. 

Whether I am just having fun with kids, or attending a wonderful wedding, I strive to capture the perfect moments. That is my primary goal as a photographer. My second goal is to make people happy and let them have their special moments without fear of not having it saved for posterity. 

I’ll do almost anything. Portraits, family photos, weddings, events, senior pictures etc. Pretty flexible about it too. So please don’t hesitate to ask me if you have a specific thing in mind! I can also travel for a photo shoot as long as it’s planned in advance.
